Pricing, Contracts & Support

How we structure service, pricing, and ongoing support for your location.

Q Do you require a long-term contract?
Usually, no. We normally do not require a long-term contract unless your company needs one. If needed, we can provide a simple service agreement that confirms Delio is authorized to enter the facility to restock and service the equipment. It is straightforward and can be adjusted to fit your site's needs. We prefer to let our service speak for itself. If we take good care of your team, you will want to keep us around. If for any reason it does not work out, we simply ask for 30 to 60 days to remove the equipment.
Q Can pricing change over time?
Product pricing may be reviewed over time depending on costs, product mix, and the type of program in place. Depending on our distributors, we may change our pricing once every 7-9 months. At some locations, we have had the same pricing for over 2 years.
Q Do you offer commission programs?
Yes, depending on the account and setup. We can discuss whether a commission model makes sense or whether keeping pricing lower for employees is the better fit.
Q How do we request service or product changes?
You can contact Delio directly for service requests, product feedback, and changes to the program.
Q How quickly do you respond if there is an issue?
